Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon Asian chili sauce (such as sambal oelek; ethnicfoodsco.com)

Directions

  1. Stir together ketchup, mayonnaise, pickle juice, and Asian chili sauce.

Cook's Note

Storage: Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.

    Has anyone made this? Should it be sweet or dill pickles? It does not specify.

    I'm assuming that from the description of the sauce being spicy-"sweet", that the pickle juice should be from a jar of sweet pickles. Anyway, it does sound interesting enough to try....bring on the burgers!
