Ginger Dipping Sauce
- Yield: Makes 3/4 cup sauce

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup rice-wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- One 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely julienned
Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
