Ginger Dipping Sauce

  • yield: Makes 3/4 cup sauce


  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup rice-wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • One 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely julienned


  1. Step 1

    Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
