Sauteed Baby Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound baby spinach leaves, well washed
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat; add spinach. Toss until wilted, 2 to 3 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
