    Have been making this salad ever since it appeared in MSL magazine! Great salad that always goes over well every time I bring it to parties--there's usually none leftover. The other BLT salad recipe listed here (along with the avocado dressing) is also a good one to try.

    According to my calculations (from Nutrition Data), it's 280 cal per serving, 14 grams of fat, 30 carbs (4 sugar, 5 fiber), 9 grams of protein

    These recipes sent to me via this Web Site sound so good. Some I have tried. Please list the caloric breakdown so that wise decisions can be made by those of us who are trying to eat wisely as well as those of us who may have a family member with a health issue. Please the sugars in addition to the carbohydrates. Also, is there a Web Site where there is a caloric scale wherein you can enter a recipe and find outthe caloric breakdown? I would love to know this. Thank you.
