Orange-Rum Punch

It's a bright idea to add citrus to the classic party pairing of cool drinks and crunch notes. Try this rum punch with a side of Chili Lime Cashews.

Orange-Rum Punch

  • 2 cups strained fresh orange juice (from about 8 oranges)
  • 2/3 cup light rum
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon bitters
  • Orange zest, for garnish


  1. In a large pitcher, stir together orange juice, rum, lemon juice, sugar, and bitters. To serve, pour over ice and garnish with orange zest if desired.
