Sencha Green Tea

Sencha Green Tea

  • 2 teaspoons Sencha green tea leaves


  1. Fill a small pot or teakettle with spring or mineral water; bring to a boil.

  2. Pour water into a Yuzamaski "cooling vessel."

  3. Place tea leaves into a small teapot. Pour over cooled water; cover and let stand 2 minutes.

  4. Pour tea into 3 teacups, rotating cups while pouring. Serve immediately.
