Add this spice mix to add depth of flavor to baked or fried sweet-potato fries.
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
If you don't have a grinder or processor, place herbs in a resealable plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Place all ingredients in spice grinder or small food processor and grind briefly to blend.
