- 8 hot dogs, sliced lengthwise into 1/2-inch-thick strips
- 2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, drained and chopped
Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to a simmer; add hot dogs and simmer until they begin to curl; drain.
Place black beans in a serving bowl and top with curled hot dogs, gently tucking them into the beans to give the appearance of worms in dirt; serve immediately.
