This recipe is very similar to one I make, only I add about 1/4 cup of currants in place of the grapes. A little dried or fresh thyme adds extra flavor also. Yum.

Isn't it nice to be able to print a simple copy of a recipe to save ink and also to have the picture of the food on the print? Thank you to Martha's staff.

Dr. Sanders-Butler's book is titled n n n n n n Healthy Kids, Smart Kids". Runs around $15, but you can probably get at Amazon for much less

This was one of my favorite recipes. Since I am disabled with Emphysma it
is hard for me to prepare anything. This was easy and I had a little help. These
ingredients also go great with tuna. Thank you very much as I had forgotten
    about it!

Yvonne, aka Sugarwoman to her relatives, made this salad once when I was visiting her in GA. I was very apprehensive about trying it at first, but once I did, I could not get enough of it.
