Ratatouille on Grilled Bread

- 4 slices white country bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups warmed Ratatouille
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Heat broiler or grill. Brush bread slices with olive oil. Broil or grill until crisp and golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes.
Divide ratatouille over bread; top with basil. Serve immediately.
