Under 30 Minutes
- 4 cups (8 ounces) packaged coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- coarse salt and ground pepper
If you can’t find coleslaw mix, make your own in minutes. In a food processor or by hand, shred 1/4 of 1 small green cabbage and 1 whole small carrot.
In a medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, vinegar, and celery seed. Season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
