Blueberry Topping for Pancakes and Waffles


This recipe for blueberry topping, from the March/April 2007 issue of Blueprint magazine, is the perfect addition to healthy pancakes and waffles.

  • 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen blueberries


  1. Place blueberries in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil; cook until thickened and syrupy. Serve with pancakes or waffles.
