Hibiscus Tea

  • Yield: Makes about 1 quart

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 1 quart of water to a boil. Add hibiscus flowers and sugar; stir to combine. Reduce heat, and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and allow tea to cool. May be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
