Lavender Syrup



  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender


  1. Bring to a boil water, sugar and lavender, stirring occasionally. Once at a boil, bring to a simmer for 2 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve and let cool. Will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator if well-sealed.
