    Ingredients

    • 1/3 cup Chopped Liver
    • 1 bagel or bialy, split horizontally
    • 3 slices of sour pickle, cut lengthwise, thinly

    Directions

    1. Spread chopped liver on cut sides of either a bagel or bialy; top with pickle slices. Sandwich together and serve.
