- 1 cup softened (2 sticks) butter
- 1 tablespoon sweet or hot paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
In a small bowl, stir together butter, paprika, salt, and pepper. Use immediately, or refrigerate, covered, up to 1 week.
