Menning Mimosa


This fabulous recipe for a menning mimosa is a perfect cocktail to serve at any celebration.

  • 6 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange flavored liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
  • Prosecco, chilled
  • Fresh mint leaf


  1. In a Champagne flute, mix together orange juice, lemon juice, and liqueur. Fill with Prosecco. Garnish with mint leaf and serve immediately.

    Made this for a brunch for discriminating gourmet group -- they loved it. I would advise making the mix of lemon/orange juice and cointreeau/orange liquer in one pitcher just before serving to save time and measuring.

    Simple and delicious. A great spin off of a traditional refreshing classic! I highly reccomend it, it's really worth the extra ingredients. Happy drinking!
