Ingredients

  • 24 1/8-inch-thick slices prosciutto

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with paper towels; set aside.

  2. Line baking sheet with a nonstick baking mat; lay prosciutto slices flat in an even layer on baking sheet. Transfer to oven and bake until crisp, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack set over baking sheet lined with paper towel to drain off fat; serve.

    This was really good! So simple to make. You can make it way ahead of time. I displayed it exactly as in the picture and it was a hit. It was all eaten.

    Please change the name of this item. Epidermis is skin, dermis is flesh. This recipe doesn't call for cured skin...
