Watermelon and Wafers
Nothing could be easier -- or more appealing -- than chilled watermelon scooped from the rind and served with sweet sesame cookies.

- 1 small seedless watermelon, halved lengthwise
- 1 box benne wafers, or shortbread cookies
Transfer watermelon halves to 2 large platters. Scoop watermelon into bowls using an ice cream scoop. Alternatively, let guests scoop their own portions. Serve with wafers.
