Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe or honeydew melon (3 pounds), seeded and cut into 16 wedges

  • 3 cups Greek yogurt (2 percent)

  • 1/2 cup mint leaves

  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

    Arrange melon wedges on a platter. Place yogurt in a serving bowl, top with mint, and drizzle with honey. Serve melon with yogurt.

    This was on our tapas style menu for my 50th birthday celebration. It was very easy and amazingly tasty. simple and elegant presentation on a white square platter with white heart shaped dip bowl.
