  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 poblano chile, roasted, peeled, and seeded
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper


  1. In a food processor, combine mayonnaise, garlic, chile, and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper.
