- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 poblano chile, roasted, peeled, and seeded
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
In a food processor, combine mayonnaise, garlic, chile, and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper.
