Pink Ribbon Punch
Make this vitamin- and flavor-packed pink ribbon punch in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
- 3 to 4 ribs celery
- 4 red apples, preferably Fuji, cut into wedges
- 1 (1-inch) piece ginger
- 1 (1/2-ounce) piece red beet
Press all ingredients through a juice extractor and into a measuring cup. Divide punch evenly between 4 glasses. Stir, and drink immediately.
