- 1 teaspoon ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 1 1/2 to 2 (about 1/3 cup) limes, juiced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 whole seedless watermelon, ends removed, quartered lengthwise and cut into 1-inch-thick slices
In a small bowl, combine ginger, lime juice, and honey. Arrange watermelon on serving platter, and drizzle with lime mixture. Serve immediately.
