I added Chocolate chips and pecans to one batch and Raisins to another batch. Also melted semi-sweet chocolate and dipped the plain coconut ones into it...They are FABULOUS. Better than spending $15 on store bought ones and Better Tasting. Thank you!!!!!!
I'm considering a little chocolate drizzle over mine!
I made these for our first passover at our friends house, and they turned out delicious! I was a little concerned because they had so few ingredients, but am so pleased with the end result...and they're easy!
A guest brought these to our seder. Incredible! We will never, ever buy the canned ones again. We've made 6 batches since!
These are the best Passover cookies I have ever tasted. SJM.
