Champagne and Cherries
A refreshing summer cocktail of sweet cherries and almond-flavored liqueur, topped off with sparkling wine.

- 12 cherries, pitted and halved
- 2 tablespoons Amaretto
- Dry sparkling wine, such as brut Champagne
Divide cherries among four tall, narrow glasses or Champagne flutes and top each with 1 1/2 teaspoons Amaretto. Let sit 10 minutes. To serve, top each with chilled sparkling wine.
