Punch & Lobster Roatan
Martha chats about her trip to The Food Network South Beach Food and Wine Festival, and makes Rum Punch and Lobster Roatan with Nikki Elkins and Sarah Mastracco of our prep kitchen.
In a large pitcher, combine the rum, juices, and grenadine. Stir until well blended. Fill glasses with ice; divide mixture between glasses. Garnish with lime and serve immediately.
My friends and I loved this recipe. To fill a punch bowl, I made this batch, times 4. It was a hit.
