Sparkling Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sparkling mineral water

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, and water. Use immediately.
