Cinnamon Toast

Cinnamon Toast

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 4 slices white bread
  • Unsalted butter, room temperature


  1. Heat broiler. Combine sugar with cinnamon to taste. Place bread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place under broiler until golden brown. Turn bread, and spread with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and return to broiler until golden brown and bubbling. Serve immediately.
