- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat regular or Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soymilk
- 1 tablespoon honey
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides of blender as needed. Serve immediately.
