    Ingredients

    • 1 tablespoon ketchup
    • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    • 1 Portuguese roll, split
    • 1 slice cooked Turkey Meatloaf
    • Iceberg lettuce

    Directions

    1. Mix together ketchup and mayonnaise and spread on cut sides of roll. Place meatloaf and lettuce on bottom half of roll. Top with remaining half, cut side down, to make a sandwich.
