    As simple as this sounds it is really good - my broccoli was direct from our DeKalb Farmers Market and could not have been fresher. Anyway i followed this exactly and would not change a thing - don't omit the parsley. Be sure and watch the Video to get the tip on using the stalk and cutting it into medallions. They were better than the florets.

    Very easy and good. I left out the parsley and substituted the white wine vinegar with rice wine.
