- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, fish sauce, ginger, jalapeno and sugar, until sugar dissolves.
