    Ingredients

    • 1 one-inch cube honeydew melon, plus 1 melon ball for garnish
    • Ice cubes
    • 1 1/2 ounces herbal liqueur, preferably Chartreuse Green
    • 1 1/2 ounces gin
    • 3 to 4 ounces seltzer

    Directions

    1. Muddle melon in a glass; strain juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Add Chartreuse and gin. Shake well. Strain into a tall ice-filled glass. Top with seltzer. Garnish with melon ball.
