Strawberry Soy Smoothie

Read the soy milk label, and choose one that is low in sugar and fortified with calcium.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, thickly sliced
  • 2 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Step 1

    In a blender, combine ripe banana, strawberries, soy milk, and honey. Puree until smooth.
