Just made this today. It was delicious. Used two ears of corn and one pint of heirloom cherry tomatoes and a large avocado. Will make it often!!

I have a question. Doesn't 2 pints of cherry tomatoes seem like a lot for 4 people?

My husband & I love this salad, it is a salute to Summer! Also as a Personal Chef, my clients love this dish & request it throughout the Summer. I add a couple dashes of toasted cumin seed that I grind in a coffee grinder that is just for spices.

I love the textural contrasts in the dish. The flavors are tangy, sweet, and salty. It's a great way to showcase these seasonal ingredients!

Amazing idea! I probably doubled or tripled the amounts, added in some cucumber, and it was delicious!

This salad is wonderful. Instead of the scallions in the summer, I add minced Vidilia Onion and no oil, just the lime juice. Summer tomatoes make this special.
