Simple Syrup

Use this simple syrup to make our Basil Lillet Slush.

  • Yield: Makes about 1/2 cup

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water


  1. Bring sugar and water to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat. Cook, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Let cool.
