Tartar Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sweet relish
  • 1 teaspoon capers, rinsed, drained, and chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • Hot-pepper sauce, such as Tabasco


  1. Mix together mayonnaise, relish, capers, and lemon juice. Add hot-pepper sauce, to taste.
