Chocolate Glaze

Use this recipe with our Glazed Chocolate Layer Cake.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. Place bittersweet chocolate, finely
    chopped, in a heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan,
    heat heavy cream over medium-high;
    when bubbling around edge, pour over
    chocolate. Let stand 5 minutes, then whisk
    until shiny and smooth.
