Asparagus with Creamy Mustard Sauce

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Step 1
In a bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar, and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over chilled Steamed Asparagus.
This is an excellent recipe, very, very tasty. But it is hardly enough for 2 people, let alone for 4! (Oh you Americans: either you eat giant portions or hardly anything at all!)
