  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 4 slices seven-grain sandwich bread
  • Coarse salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine oil and chives. Dividing evenly, brush herb mixture on bread; sprinkle with salt. Bake on top rack of oven 6 to 8 minutes, or until golden.
