Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 mL) vodka, preferably Swedish
  • 1/2 cup fresh red currants
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint

Directions

  1. Combine vodka, currants, and mint in a large, wide-mouthed jar. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 week (or up to 1 month). Serve cold.
