  • 1 cup Irish steel-cut oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Pinch of cinnamon


  1. Fill a medium pot with 4 cups water and bring to a boil. Stir in oatmeal and cook according to package directions, about 30 minutes. Transfer oatmeal to a bowl and serve immediately with walnuts, blueberries, and cinnamon.
