Sushi Dipping Sauce

Serve this with our Vegetable Sushi.

  • Yield: Makes 2/3 cup

  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 2 teaspoons finely sliced scallion, (green part only)
  • 1/2 cup mirin
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil


  1. In a small bowl, combine wasabi paste, scallion, mirin, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and stir until combined.
