Sushi Dipping Sauce
Serve this with our Vegetable Sushi.
- Yield: Makes 2/3 cup

- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 2 teaspoons finely sliced scallion, (green part only)
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
In a small bowl, combine wasabi paste, scallion, mirin, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and stir until combined.
