Citrus Mule

  • 1 lime
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 small orange
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Simple Syrup
  • 32 ounces dry ginger ale or ginger beer
  • 6 large mint sprigs
  • Ice


  1. Thinly slice lime, lemon, and orange; quarter slices. In a pitcher, combine citrus with simple syrup, ginger ale or ginger beer, and mint sprigs; stir.
