Sesame Curry Salt

  • Yield: Makes 1/4 cup


  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds


  1. In a small skillet set over medium heat, toast curry powder and ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute. Transfer to a small bowl along with the salt and sesame seeds; stir to combine. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
