Sesame Curry Salt
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 teaspoons coarse salt
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
In a small skillet set over medium heat, toast curry powder and ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute. Transfer to a small bowl along with the salt and sesame seeds; stir to combine. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
