Lately its been an obsession but it make your home shine at the same time! Even if its a small trinket box, vase, etc.

I would love to hang my collection of silver plates and trays on my dining room wall, but want to know the safest and least obtrusive way of displaying them. Wire hangers seem like the wrong way to go. It seems they would scratch the silver as well as being unsightly. Please help!

Help! I have a king-sized brass bed but it needs both polishing and sealing. Does anyone have a good source for this in the New York Tri-State area, preferably Westchester or Fairfield counties?

I still have my metal doll house from the early 1940's. Considering its age and it many moves in 60 + years it is in pretty good condition. I also still have the little plastic furniture that goes with it. When my Grandchildren were little I can remember sitting on the floor and playing house with them. Of course, they are now grown but who knows maybe someday I will have Great Grandchildren and if I can still get on the floor we will play with it.

I have taken an interest in adding to the brasses at our humble little church. She gleams like a jewel with some wonderful pieces.

Martha, thank you for giving me permission to love brass. My sister-in-law and friends think it is cheap and in decorating magazines I saw it even being painted...I was on the verge of doing so...
However, now, thanks to you I will appreciate it and treasure it again - because I DO love it. I am sorry about the pieces I gave to Goodwill!

I wish I still had my tin doll house. Mother gave it away years ago. I had plastic furniture and people to go with it.

Hi my name is Dale and I live on the East Coast of Australia not far from Sydney.
    I Love Fish.
I don't consider myself a collector I too seem to just accumulate them when I'm out and about shopping. Maybe I am a collector but just in denial lol.
Thank you SO much for sharing your collections, I thoroughly enjoyed all of them.
