Don't pack up the Christmas decorations before you ring in the new year. Sparkly tinsel garlands make festive Champagne cocktail toppers. Here's how to toast with sparkle and shine.
Tools and Materials:
- Silver tinsel garland, bronners.com
- Bamboo skewers, partycity.com
- Hot glue gun
- Scissors
Tinsel Stirrers How-To:
1. Cut a short piece of tinsel from a garland, and use hot glue to attach it to the end of a bamboo skewer.
2. Cut skewer to fit glass if necessary, then drop it in a glass of bubbly or flavored seltzer.
