Mount your tools to a tabletop you can tuck away (ours is 47 by 24 inches). Attach casters underneath and a handle for easy access. Secure eye-screws on top (measure wrapping-paper roll for length). Hook a bungee cord onto an eye-screw, insert into paper roll, and hook other end of cord onto second eye-screw. Stick adhesive measuring tape onto table so you can cut paper to fit boxes. Screw toilet paper holder and tape dispenser onto table.
