Project

A Rose with Your Coffee

Introduction

A dainty rose petal makes the perfect dish for a sugar cube awaiting a cup of coffee, tea, or espresso. These pale-pink rose petals are subtle and feminine, but any favorite blossom can be used, provided it's organic and nontoxic.

Materials

  • Flower blossom
  • Sugar cubes

Steps

  1. Step 1

Pluck petals from the flower, and set one sugar cube onto each.

If you use damask rose in the tea, you can also have its petals under the sugar cubes.

What a cute idea for the sugar cube. This would would great with tea as well, especially if you are having a garden party or something like that. I myself prefer Brazilian coffee. I think i'm going to try this with other flowers too!
