Avocado Salad with Farmer Cheese
Creamy avocado and farmer cheese get zing from parsley and dill, and crunch from homemade croutons.

- Bread cubes
- Olive oil
- Farmer cheese
Toss bread cubes with olive oil and salt; toast in a 375-degree oven until golden, about 10 minutes. Toss croutons with parsley, dill, avocado, and farmer cheese, and drizzle with a vinaigrette.
