  • Bread cubes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • Dill
  • Avocado
  • Farmer cheese
  • Vinaigrette


  1. Toss bread cubes with olive oil and salt; toast in a 375-degree oven until golden, about 10 minutes. Toss croutons with parsley, dill, avocado, and farmer cheese, and drizzle with a vinaigrette.
